A Douglas taxi driver has been fined after failing to tax cars again.
Martin Conde Robert Moore, of Port-E-Chee Avenue, appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 44-year-old admitted having no tax after police were called to Port-E-Chee Avenue on September 4 because his car was causing an obstruction.
Officers found the car had an expired tax disc - the court was also asked to take three other similar offences into consideration.
He’d been convicted and fined for having no car tax in 2017, when he was fined £150 - and again in 2022, when he was fined £960.
Magistrates fined him £250 and ordered him to pay £50 costs.
