A new candidate has announced he'll run for Douglas North in the general election.
Jason Cheetham, who runs his own tax accounting firm, says he's made the decision because he feels politicians have become disconnected from the realities faced by everyday people.
Key issues he says he'll focus on include wind farms, the cost of loving and ensuring food security.
The Island is set to go to the polls on Thursday, September 24.
