A takeaway manager and delivery driver have admitted assaulting a man outside their shop in Ramsey in the early hours of New Year's Eve last year.
27 year old Firat Aygun and 30 year old Dimitar Dimitrov Genchev of Parliament Street both pleaded guilty this week - a charge of affray was withdrawn by the prosecution.
They knocked a man to the ground and kicked him while he was down outside the Star Grill in Ramsey at 1.30am on December 31.
Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes bailed both men in the sum of £500 - they'll appear again for sentencing on April 24.
