Stopping smoking could save you around £49 per week.
Today marks No Smoking Day and the theme this year is "Swap Fags for Swag”.
The national campaign highlights how someone smoking 20 cigarettes a day for a year could spend around £2,500 and challenges smokers to think about what else that could be spent on.
Tobacco strategy coordinator Anita Imberger says it’s one of the top reasons people do quit:
