There are plans to have a summertime beach bar on Port Erin Shores over the next three years.
Foraging Vintners is looking to have the venue at the courtyard area of the Cosy Nook Cafe between May and October, until 2023.
The bar ran in the same location last summer with support from local commissioners and government.
However, this time the company is proposing to have a temporary marquee and decking area to offer extra seating and beach access.
They add it could be an additional attraction for both locals and visitors and ensure the use of the Cosy Nook site whilst the future of the historic building is decided.
