Just one in four people agree they can shop for clothes that suit and fit them on the Island.
Island Global research carried out a study about brand loyalty on the Isle of Man earlier this year - and the results show almost two-thirds of people try to shop locally.
40 per cent of those asked rated the Island's clothes selection as average or good.
And when asked what clothing shops came to mind on the Isle of Man, people named Next, Marks and Spencer, Tynwald Mills and TK Maxx.
