Two student artists have been left disappointed after their work was found "unsuitable" for display at Noble's Hospital in a prestigious contest.
Luka Quirk's "I know" features a woman holding a sign saying "I know my skirt is too short" - protesting school uniform rules - while Iryna Semenenko's work features the slogan "War is not a Game" after her family fled the war in Ukraine..
Neither will be displayed alongside the works of the other shortlisted finalists in the Sovereign Art Foundation's Isle of Man Students Prize 2025.
The foundation says it wasn't involved in the decision to remove the works.
The competition is asking for the public to vote on their favourite - you can do so here.
