The Steam Packet has confirmed it's presented an 'offer' to government regarding the future of sea services.
The company has handed over its proposal for a new Strategic Sea Services Agreement - it says it hopes it will address the 'crucial issue' of visitor capacity.
It's refused to discuss details of the plan until it goes before Tynwald which it says it hopes will be in the next few months.
