The chief executive of the Steam Packet Company has paid tribute to his staff, after weather caused problems with TT sailings this week.
Poor weather in the Irish Sea meant a ferry crossing had to be cancelled - stranding many bikers on the Island.
However, Mark Woodward says the vast majority were squeezed onto sailings before an extra crossing had to be arranged on Thursday night.
