The chief executive of the Steam Packet Company has paid tribute to his staff, after weather caused problems with TT sailings this week.
Poor weather in the Irish Sea meant a ferry crossing had to be cancelled - stranding many bikers on the Island.
However, Mark Woodward says the vast majority were squeezed onto sailings before an extra crossing had to be arranged on Thursday night.
And he says the weather may be out of his control, but it's something the company is used to coping with:
£7.7m cost by Manx Care staff sickness
30.5% hike to rates in Andreas
Only some war pensions discounted from care charges
Single car crash at Ballacraine
