The Steam Packet company is asking travellers to be patient as it deals with a large number of inquiries.
On its website, it says after the extension of the Manxman's dry dock programme announced last month it's had a huge volume of inquiries.
It's now asking people to allow up to five working days to receive a response from its reservations team.
The company says it appreciates people's patience as it contacts affected passengers.
