Manx Care is asking people to consider going to Ramsey rather than Noble's Hospital today.
It says it's experiencing "staffing challenges" in the Emergency Department.
It says members of the public should consider using the Minor Injuries Unit in Ramsey for minor injuries or illnesses.
And it says you may be seen more quickly than by going to Noble's Hospital.
