The Isle of Man Ambulance Service is seeking volunteers to join free first aid sessions.
St John Ambulance offers two hour long courses, held across the Island, in order to raise awareness of the importance of knowing first aid.
The aim is to provide people with the very basic skills which could prove to be the difference between life and death.
The next session will be held at Mylchreests Motors on the New Castletown Road from 7pm on Thursday, October 26.
