Manx Care says a dozen people on the Island have been hospitalised by spider bites in the last five years.
A Freedom of Information request asked for the figures after hospitals in the UK said climate change was driving more arachnid attacks there.
In its response, Manx Care said five patients ended up at Accident & Emergency at Nobles.
Meanwhile, another seven had to be treated at Ramsey's Minor Injuries Unit.
