Rain, strong winds and cool temperatures marred last night's TT practice session.
The superstock and supersport machines went out just before 7pm for an untimed session although riders were warned of the challenging conditions.
Although untimed speed traps showed speeds were down with McGuiness and Donald initially the quickest at 174 miles per hour before Dan Kneen upped the pace at 182mph.
However the session was red flagged at 7.30pm and then called off after Tyco Suzuki rider Yoshinari Matsushita was killed in an incident at Ballacrye.
Tonight will see practices for the superbike, supersport, superstock and newcomers as well as the lightweight and sidecar classes from 6.20pm.
