A fire at an industrial estate on the South Quay in Douglas has been put out.
Fire crews tackled the blaze this afternoon as black smoke billowed from the building.
Emergency services say they're going to now make sure the area is completely safe, so power can be restored in homes.
Officers say they want to thank the public for their understanding.
