The benefits culture in the Isle of Man is a significant problem but is being addressed.
That's the message from the Social Care Minister who announced radical changes to Jobseekers' Allowance last week.
Anyone claiming unemployment benefit for more than five months will now have to contribute to social enterprise schemes.
Mr Robertshaw recognised there is a culture of entitlement among some but being on Jobseekers' would no longer be a lifestyle choice:
