The Mountain Road has closed from Lheaney Road to Hillberry because of snow this morning.
Today and tomorrow will see temperatures fall below freezing over the hills, bringing the possibility of snow and ice on higher ground.
Ronaldsway Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for snow and ice which remains in place until 2pm on Thursday.
