The government has provided a new fund to help solve skill shortages on the Island.
The Skill Strategy Plan has been given £250,000 by Treasury to train people in areas currently understaffed.
The three year programme was approved by Tynwald in May.
It's part of a government scheme to create 5,000 new jobs by 2032.
