Sugary drinks could make Island's dental problems worse

Don't give children fruit juice as one of their five-a-day.

That's the warning from Noble's Hospital which says drinking water, milk and sugar-free squash is far healthier. 
 
Action on Sugar recently found that a number of children's juices have at least six teaspoons of sugar - and come in more substantial cartons than recommended.
 
Dietetic service manager Ruth Ward says it could lead to dental issues - which are already a problem for the Island's youth:
