Six people who had their immigration visas revoked over national security concerns will challenge the decision in court this week.
The six were all told their continued presence wasn't conducive to the public good.
They issued doleance claims against Treasury Minister Dr Alex Allinson asking him to review the decision.
This Wednesday, September 10, Deemster Corlett will hold a directions hearing at Douglas Courthouse in the cases.
