A disused warehouse site in Peel could become apartments and a house under new plans.
Ian Jones of Atholl Street has applied for permission to convert the existing three-storey building on the corner of Tynwald Road and put a new house on a hardstanding car park.
The warehouse would become two one-bedroomed and one two-bedroom flats under the proposals.
In the plans are also proposals for two car parking spaces on the site itself.
