Man Accused of Desmesne Road Arson Murder Back in Court on August 4th
A Douglas man currently in prison on a murder charge has been further remanded in custody.
Simon Paul Leece appeared in court via video-link from the Jurby prison – he’s accused of murder after a house fire on Desmesne Road resulted in the death of 61 year old Terry Losh.
He’s also accused of destroying property by arson with intent to endanger life, and damaging property with intent to endanger life.
He will appear in court on
August 4th.
