The number of collisions on the Laxey Coast Road dropped by more than 50 per cent during this year's TT.
Police took to social media last week to confirm the stats for this year's racing festival.
Officers say there were 8 accidents on the route in 2017, but that figure dropped to just 2 in 2018.
The force says it was down to the new 50mph limit, and excellent policing by full time and special constables.
