Should younger pupils have mobile phones be banned in schools?
That's one of the questions being asked by government as it consults on new education laws.
The Department of Education, Sport and Culture has launched an online survey asking for parents to give their views on a number of topics including whether under-16s should be banned from having mobiles in school.
Other issues include religious education and home schooling.
