Staff at a local supermarket can now offer help to victims of domestic abuse.
In a post on social media, Shoprite revealed their employees have completed their 'Supermarket safe spaces' training.
It allows those at risk or suffering from abuse to tell a staff member they need help and ask for support.
They'll then be asked to take a seat and wait while staff contact police on the persons' behalf.
