The Manx SPCA came to the rescue of a stranded sheep today.
The charity says it received a call from a member of the public about the animal, which had been stuck along the Tholt-y-will road for two days.
A MSPCA officer found the distressed sheep, and later managed to free it.
The officer said once they were happy with the fluffy friend’s condition, they let it go its own way.
