The Chief Minister says discussions have started with Scotland with regards to establishing closer tourism ties.
Scotland’s First Minister Alex Salmond has been on the Island giving a talk at the Villa Marina and paying tribute to those who lost their lives in the Solway Harvester disaster.
Allan Bell says talks about the Island’s constitutional relationship with Scotland have been promising.
He says there is one niche area in particular the First Minister was keen on exploring:
