A number of schools around the Island have been closed today due to the snow.
It's mainly schools in the west that have been affected.
The Department of Education and Children has confirmed that the following schools are shut:
- Kirk Michael Primary School
- QE11 High School
- The Bunscoill in St Johns
- Foxdale Primary School
- Peel Clothworkers School
- St John's School
King William's College and the Buchan in the south are also closed as are Sulby and Ballaugh.
All other schools remain open. The department says the situation is being monitored constantly.
