More youngsters are being suspended from school, and the Education Department is looking into it.
So says Education Minister Daphne Caine after facing questions on the subject in Keys this week from North Douglas MHK David Ashford.
He wanted to know if the department knew why more students were facing suspensions.
Mrs Caine said new data which showed an increase was still being analysed:
