The Island’s branch of the Samaritans is promoting its service throughout the festive period - urging people in need to make contact.
Although a happy time for many, Christmas can also magnify feelings of angst, stress and depression.
The service is contactable by phone, email or by stopping into its premises on Victoria place in Douglas.
