Sailings cancelled as Storm Barbara strikes

Sailings to and from the Isle of Man today have been cancelled.

The Steam Packet Company has confirmed the Ben-my-Chree won't sail to Heysham at 8.45am.

The return journey at 2.15pm is also off - it's due to bad weather caused by Storm Barbara.

Based on current forecasts it's believed tonight's crossing from Douglas to Heysham at 7.45pm will go as scheduled.
