The Steam Packet has announced that this evening's sailing has been cancelled - as the Ben-my-Chree fails to berth in Douglas.
Engineers are currently working on berthing the vessel after police and fire services were called out to deal with a 'technical problem' with its propellers.
Passengers who were due to disembark at 5:40pm are still reported to be on-board.
Tonight's 7:45pm sailing to Heysham has been cancelled - as well as the return journey to Douglas that was scheduled to depart at 2:15am.
It's believed that fishing gear became entangled around the propeller.
Further details will be made available in due course.
