A local author is celebrating after his novel was nominated in a highly prestigious crime writer’s award category.
Chris Ewen's book 'Safe House' is a mystery thriller set entirely on the Isle of Man.
It's sold close to a million copies establishing Chris around the world and winning him a legion of new fans.
The book has been nominated in the 'Theakston’s Crime Novel of the Year' long list which will be refined down to six books on July 1st.
