Rundown retail areas are creating a poor impression of the Isle of Man.
That’s the view of the Chief Minister who says in order to strengthen our position as a quality international business centre we must have the infrastructure to match.
Regeneration work is currently taking place in Douglas, Ramsey and the south thanks to an £8 million pot of money from government.
The Town and Village Regeneration Scheme was set up in April 2009 and has already helped support over 150 projects.
