The Roads Policing Unit has been refreshing training ahead of the TT period.
It posted to Facebook that a briefing was held with RPU officers.
Over the TT fortnight, the unit expands to five times its current size, seeing officers working extended shifts to keep road incidents to a minimum.
Officers also reminded the public to respect the roads and other drivers during the TT festival.
