Ronaldsway have finally recorded an upturn in trade after a largely negative 2010.
The year ended with 2 months of unprecedented weather severely disrupting services.
They’ve started off the year with a 3.6% growth in passenger traffic with 1600 more passengers passing through the airport than the same month last year.
The region that showed the strongest growth in passengers was the Northwest of England.
The figures are all the more positive given than January is traditionally the quietest month of the year.
