Police are putting contingency measures into place following more flood warnings - with the majority of road closures taking place between 1pm and 6pm today.
In Douglas, roads will be closed from Broadway to Port Jack and in Castletown; Back Hope Street, Hope Street, Springfield Terrace. Athol Terrace and Milner Terrace will also close, as will the Old Grammar School car park.
Laxey closures include Laxey promenade and Tent Road. In Ramsey; closures include the quayside, Parliament Square, Market Square and Ramsey promenades, and in Rushen; Shore Road, Gansey and Ballakeighan Road to Gansey Pottery are closed.
There is also a warning that raw sewerage could be discharged from manholes, so people are requested to keep out of flood waters.
