Parking on Loch Promenade walkway between the sea terminal and the war memorial will be closed between 5pm and 9pm, with parking suspended for the entire length of Harris Promenade from 3pm until 9pm.
Douglas Borough Council has already advised parking will be free at Chester Street, Shaw's Brow and the Bottleneck between 6pm and Midnight on Friday.
Officials add should poor weather or other circumstances see the display called off, these notices will be postponed until Sunday (November 3).
As of now, the occasion on November 1 will begin with judging of the best guy competition at 7.30pm, the bonfire will then be lit at 7.45pm with the fireworks due to begin at 8pm.
