RNLI crews were called to help search for a missing car last night.
Douglas RNLI lifeboat was asked to assist Douglas Coastguards just after 11pm as it was feared the vehicle might have gone over the edge of Marine Drive.
However, after being asked to conduct a search from Douglas Head to as far as Port Soderick, the car was located elsewhere just before 11.30pm.
Teams were then stood down and returned to station.
