The risk of fire remains 'extremely high' despite the recent rainfall.
That's according to the Island's fire service, who have issued another reminder not to light fires or BBQ's in rural areas.
Officers say the ground and vegetation remain tinder dry with very little moisture content, meaning fires could still easily spread.
Advice is to make sure BBQ's are fully extinguished after use, make sure cigarettes are put out and don't leave bottles or glass in the open.
