Is the Isle of Man sleepwalking into becoming a spied-on nation because of private CCTV cameras?

He says the past 12 months has seen rising numbers of complaints about covert CCTV in public, GPS trackers secretly installed in vehicles and location tracking apps put on employees' phones.
