 
                            Is the Isle of Man sleepwalking into becoming a spied-on nation because of private CCTV cameras?
That's one of the issues raised by Information Commissioner Iain McDonald in his annual report, due before Tynwald this month.
Mr McDonald says there's been an increase in the number of people installing cameras at home or in their cars - creating a regulatory headache.
He says the past 12 months has seen rising numbers of complaints about covert CCTV in public, GPS trackers secretly installed in vehicles and location tracking apps put on employees' phones.
