The Steam Packet company has unveiled the revised Manannan departure schedules in place until the engine has been repaired.
The boat is operating on reduced power, adding approximately 20 minutes to each journey.
In an effort to reduce inconvenience and allow passengers to plan their journeys a change around in sailing times has been put in place.
From 17th July to 13th August the 3pm sailing to Liverpool will now depart at 3.45pm, the return crossing will now set sail at the later time of 8pm.
In addition any foot passengers travelling on the 7am sailings to Belfast or Dublin, or the 7.30am Liverpool crossing are asked to check in no later than 40 minutes prior to departure.
The Manannan engine issue is still being investigated, but is believed to be connected to a failed crankshaft.
