Claire Christian and Sarah Maltby have been elected as MHKs for Douglas South.
It's the first results announced since polls on Island closed at 8pm.
Manx Labour Party member Sarah Maltby topped the poll by just two votes and joins the Keys for the first time.
Clare Christian, who was defending her seat, received 1,242 and returns as an MHK.
It's the first time a House of Keys constituency has had all-female representation.
It's been revealed turnout in the constituency stood at 46.95 per cent - up nearly 7% from 2016, with a total of 2,295 votes cast.
Meanwhile, sitting member Paul Quine who was also standing in this constituency got 1094 votes and Gerard Higgins obtained 552 votes.
