Relay For Life kicks-off today at 12pm from the NSC in Douglas.
Raising vital funds for Cancer Research UK, teams of walkers will walk around the athletics track there for 24 hours.
Spectators in the grounds can expect stalls and crafts, as well as the Manx Whippy van and a Zumba fitness class from 1pm.
