A major scheme to refurbish 18 Ramsey Town Commissioner properties will be completed by July.
£1.3 million was spent on doing up the homes in Brookhill and Seamount Road.
Built in the 1950’s they were deemed worthy of a refurbishment programme, with re-roofing and rewiring works carried out among many others.
Aswell as giving the properties a new lease of life the work was also seen as a welcome boost to the Island’s construction industry.
