The Companies Registry will be offering a reduced service from 11.30am today as staff attend the funeral of a colleague.
Providing cover after that time, the Departments of Economic Development and Treasury say they may not be able to undertake all usual duties.
A Commissioner for Oaths will not be available and receipts for submission of payments will be issued tomorrow - when normal service resumes.
Headquarters will be open for document delivery and collection as usual and a limited telephone service will be offered in the meantime.
