Ramsey Commissioners say they're a step closer to opening a new sports hall in the town.
The board had applied for planning permission for the new facility on Mooragh Promenade - and has now been given outline planning consent.
The project would see a new community trust set up to fund and run the hall.
Commissioners' chairman Andy Cowie says the hall will complement existing sports facilities at the Mooragh.
