Queens Promenade in Ramsey has been shut because of coastal overtopping.
The Department of Infrastructure has put the closure in place as waves lash the sea front.
It comes after Laxey Promenade was also closed earlier this afternoon.
The DOI adds pedestrian and emergency access will be maintained in Ramsey.
