Manx Care has confirmed a number of services will return to Ramsey Cottage Hospital in time for TT.
It plans to re-open the Minor Injuries Unit at the site on Thursday, May 21, and run it seven days a week during the races.
X-rays and ultrasounds will also resume from this date, with Manx Care adding there's also progress on plans to return dental services to the North.
Some services will be based in temporary buildings while refurbishment works on the hospital estate continue.
