Race organisers have confirmed a 'investigative process' is being followed for each serious incident that took place during this year's TT.
ACU Events Ltd issued a statement earlier today.
In it, organisers say the investigations will 'systematically' analyse every aspect of each incident.
A team - made up of all partner organisations - will review events and will make recommendations for future plans.
TT Clerk of the Course, Gary Thompson said:
“After every incident we work tirelessly to understand the circumstances, establish key learning and implement changes as soon as possible. Any fatality during an event is a tragedy. As an organisation we promise to take any actions that can help improve safety and undertake this at the earliest opportunity.”
It comes after five people died during this year's festival - Mark Purslow, Cesar Chanal, Davy Morgan and Father & Son - Roger and Bradley Stockton.
This year's number of fatalities is the second worst on record and is only surpassed by six deaths in 1970.
